When will I get my order?
Sip & Drip orders ship by the 10th of each month*. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships, or a ready-for-pickup notification if you selected local pickup.
*Orders must be placed on or before the 1st of the month to receive that month’s drop.
When will I be billed for the Sip & Drip subscription?
Sip & Drip subscriptions are billed on the 1st of the month.
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Sip & Drip drops are produced in limited quantities and curated for each month, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and delivery details before purchasing. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days so we can try to make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Free pickup is always available at Enjoy Coffee in Vacaville, CA.
